1. What is Caribbean freedom?
Caribbean Freedom allows you to make cheap phone calls to the Caribbean, Central and South America without having to dial a lengthy PIN. You can call from any phone number you add to your account. We also do not charge connection nor maintenance fees.

2. Can I try it first?
Yes! Sign up for a free account and we’ll give you 10 minutes of FREE calls credit to try out our service.

3. Do I need to make a payment to sign up?
No! We don't ask for any billing information when you sign up. If you like the service, then you can log into your account portal and you can add funds to your account.

4. How long does it take to open an account?
Your account is opened immediately after you click on the activation link sent to your email address.

5. What payment methods are accepted?
Caribbean Freedom accepts payments made with Paypal, MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover cards.

6. Will I receive a bill?
No, this is a prepaid service. You pay in advance and you will never receive a bill for the calls you place using any of our plans.

7. Do I receive a card in the mail?
No. After you register with Caribbean Freedom, all the information you need will be sent to your e-mail address.

8. Is purchasing online secure?
Yes. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay online without exposing your bank or credit card information. We never see your any of your PayPal or credit card information.

9. How do I choose a plan?
It depends on your calling needs. If you are a casual caller then our free plan may be a good option for you. If you a heavy caller then our pay per minute or unlimited plans are better.

10. Are there any connection or maintenance fees applied to my calls?
No. There are no additional charges added to any calls. You only pay for the calls you make nothing more.

11. Can I use my mobile with your service?
Yes. You can use your Caribbean Freedom plan the same way you use it from your home phone. Your mobile provider will bill this as a normal call to one of our access numbers.

12. Are the rates different depending on the time of the day or week?
No. Caribbean Freedom offers the same low rates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

13. What is automatic recharge?
When your balance is low you can choose to automatically recharge your account. This way you ensure you always have enough credit whenever you need to place an important call.

14. What is pinless dialing? How can I register phone numbers?
With pinless dialing you don't have to remember your PIN on every call. Caribbean Freedom offers you the possibility to register up to 4 phone numbers with your plan. Whenever calling from one of the registered numbers you will simply dial our access number and you will hear the prompt to enter the number you want to call.

15. How long does it take for pinless dialing to be activated on my phone?
Immediately. Once you add a caller ID to your account it takes effect right away.

16. What if I forgot my password?
Click 'Forgot password' in customer login box and fill in the email address on your account.

17. What is Speed Dial? How can I register speed dial numbers?
With Speed Dial you don't need to enter the entire phone number of the person you want to call. Simply login into your Caribbean Freedom account and assign a speed dial number. When you dial the access number enter * followed by 1 to 9) and we'll dial that number. You can save up to 9 Speed Dial numbers.

18. Can I use Pinless Dial together with Speed Dial?
Yes and it's a great way to save on the time spent on the phone. Call our access number from a register phone number and when prompted for the destination number simply enter the speed dial shortcut. This way you don't need to remember either the 10 digits of the person you want to call.
